Regional Sales Manager Biosimilars North (f/m/d)
Außendienst | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Management / Executives
- You lead the regional field sales employees both professionally and disciplinarily and are responsible for revenue and market share.
- You ensure compliance with customer visits, frequency, and time, and monitor performance tracking with improvement suggestions.
- You guarantee efficient route planning and thorough visit and conversation preparation.
- In Best Practice Sharing, you create and improve conversation concepts with sales management and marketing.
- You develop distribution according to STADA guidelines and achieve growth targets.
- Together with the field sales team, you optimize the customer network structure and manage your own key accounts.
- You prepare sales meetings, conduct them, and participate in trade fairs, congresses, and seminars.
- You coordinate sales-oriented technical questions and act as a link between customers, field sales, and internal departments.
- You train and onboard new field sales employees.
Who we are looking for
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with experience in the commercial sector.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical field sales (biosimilars/biologics), ideally in the rheumatological, gastroenterological, or dermatological field, with proven success.
- Very good knowledge of the German biosimilar or biologics market and contacts in the indication area, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- You think entrepreneurially and motivate with assertiveness and persuasive power.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and confidence in presentations.
- Independent, analytical working style, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
