About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join STADA UK’s Specialty business at a pivotal moment of transformation and growth.

As UK Specialty Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of the business and realising our ambition to build a centre of excellence in Specialty. You will lead the strategic direction, brand planning, and execution across a portfolio of innovative specialty brands, including treatments for conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and rare kidney disease.

Working at the heart of a rapidly evolving organisation, you will contribute directly to delivering STADA UK’s vision of becoming a leading force in the Specialty sector, driving strong and sustainable growth through best-in-class marketing.

You will do this by building a high-performing team and leading cross-functional brand teams, ensuring alignment behind clear objectives and delivering impactful, insight-driven plans with excellence and pace. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how we grow, compete, and differentiate in highly specialised therapy areas—while making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Set the strategic direction for the marketing function, establishing a clear vision for excellence and lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement brand plans aligned with corporate objectives, leveraging deep insights into UK market dynamics (e.g., NHS changes, Neurology, Renal).
  • Lead product launch planning and cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution and marketing excellence.
  • Drive pricing strategy, lifecycle management, and financial oversight to deliver growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders (KOLs, PAGs, charities) to align marketing activities and messaging.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, adapting tactics based on KPIs, and making clear, data-driven decisions and recommendations to optimise growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, ABPI Code, and regulatory standards in all marketing activities.

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • Degree in life sciences, business, marketing or related field (MBA, MSc or PharmD is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within specialty care including rare and orphan conditions.
  • Experience in neurology or nephrology is strongly preferred, with specific experience in Parkinson’s disease seen as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading brand strategy, product launches, and growth initiatives in innovative healthcare environments.
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing, strategic brand planning, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • You have a growth mindset, with high energy, sense of urgency and drive to go the extra mile and are passionate about making a difference to patients’ lives.
  • You have the vision, ambition and skills to help transform the business and create a centre of excellence.
  • You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, are happy to roll up your sleeves and work as a team to get the job done.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in a matrix environment, with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with commercial acumen, financial discipline, and agility in periods of transformation.
  • Good understanding of NHS structures, funding flows, and decision-making processes within specialty care.
