About the job: 

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of assigned projects, through developing, implementing, coordinating and tracking performance of all project activities, as agreed with the Global Head of Engineering / Global Project Management Leader. Focus will be on Capital Project Delivery at Global TechOps production sites with a specific focus on process standardization, execution efficiency and performance tracking.

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver assigned Capital Projects adhering to Global STADA PM Processes and aligning to ISPE good project management guidelines, ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Manage all aspects of Sub-contractor service providers, such as Design, Engineering and Construction companies
• Develop and implement project financial tracking processes, on “cash out” basis. 
• Develop and maintain master schedule of all activities relating to assigned projectse
• Ensure all necessary project delivery controls are in place with all sub-contracted Design, Engineering and Constructions service providers of the project
• Prepare and maintain full financial control of execution throughout the project lifecycle.
•  Ensure all necessary project delivery controls are in place with all sub-contracted Design, Engineering and Constructions service providers of the project
• Perform reviews and audits as necessary to identify reliability and performance improvements
•   Prepare and report Global data and information on Global Project Management progress for management teams as defined and agreed with Global Head of Engineering /Global Project Management Leader

Qualifications:

• University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, or other related technical field
• Relevant Project Management experience (> 5 years) in an Engineering function in the pharmaceutical industry (or industry with comparable processes)
• Significant knowledge of Design and Construction projects, GMP facility design and associated GxP process equipment, utilities etc.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, leading multi-disciplined subcontractor base in Construction biased projects
• Outstanding Technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to deliver safe and fully compliant technical solutions
• In-depth knowledge and experience (> 10 years) of international industry Project Management standards
• Well-developed communication skills, able to present comfortably to Senior Management and to Technical experts
• Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of key non-technical business processes, Human Relations, Finance
• Advance HSE and GxP/QA knowledge
