What will be your mission?
- Build and develop assigned brands in the CHC area, including generic CHC products.
- Create and implement business and marketing strategies to ensure long-term sales growth and market share.
- Prepare and execute annual marketing plans, including coordination with internal and external partners.
- Ensure comprehensive brand management – from defining communication strategies to further brand development and campaign execution (ATL/BTL, digital, PR, etc.).
- Coordinate the launch of new products and activities in close collaboration with other departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, etc.).
- Prepare and manage communication towards consumers and HCPs, including internal and legal approvals.
- Analyze the market, monitor competition, interpret results, and propose specific action plans to grow the brands.
- Identify new business opportunities and participate in projects to support sales.
- Be responsible for budgets, costs, and P&L of assigned brands, propose investment plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
- Collaborate with KAM, ASM, the sales team, and other departments to ensure quality execution at the point of sale and professional knowledge of the portfoli
Who are we looking for?
- An experienced Brand/Product Manager with at least 7 years of experience managing brands in the CHC or FMCG sector and proven results in brand growth and market share.
- A candidate with experience working on strong/market-significant brands, ideally within the top CHC market brands or comparably strong FMCG brands, accustomed to working in a complex environment where prioritization and strategic direction are essential.
- Experience in international companies with advanced brand management (e.g., Danone, Nestlé, or similar companies) is an advantage.
- A natural "owner" of the brand who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has strong analytical skills, and a consumer-oriented mindset.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, HQ marketing, trade marketing, etc.).
What do we expect from you? - University education, ideally in economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily communication with HQ and international partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to present to professional audiences (e.g., seminars, congresses).
- Ability to work with data and analytical tools, and familiarity with market reports.
- Resilience to stress, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the determination to see things through to completion.
