We are looking for an experienced representative who wants to take responsibility for the assigned region, actively develop its potential, and strengthen STADA's position among doctors.

Your region will include: Pardubice, Chrudim, Žďár nad Sázavou, Svitavy

What will your role be

  • Represent STADA and develop the Rx portfolio in the assigned region through professional visits to doctors and pharmacies
  • Focus primarily on doctors in the fields of internal medicine, oncology, algology, cardiology, diabetology, palliative care, and general practitioners
  • Participate in supporting the launch of new products and their professional communication towards doctors
  • Plan and manage activities in the region to consistently meet business goals
  • Work with data, regional potential, and activity results to set priorities
  • Build long-term relationships with doctors and strengthen STADA's position in the given segments
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the team and proactively share information from the field

 

What we expect from you

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical market, medical environment, or related field
  • Ability to conduct professional communication with doctors and good medical orientation
  • Experience with Rx portfolio or motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with this area
  • Business thinking and focus on results
  • Ability to work systematically and utilize the potential of the assigned region
  • Ability to work with data and use it for planning and evaluating activities
  • Independence, reliability, and good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships
  • Proactive approach to collaboration with colleagues
  • Willingness to spend most of the time in the field
  • Driving license category B
