📌 Job Title: Artwork Designer (Packaging Designer)

Department: Supply Chain

Location: Tuy Hòa, Phú Yên - Vietnam

 

Job purpose:

The Designer is responsible for managing packaging design for products manufactured at the PMP factory. This includes creating, updating, and maintaining packaging artworks and label samples for registration purposes, providing Pantone information, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and quality standards. The Designer collaborates closely with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all artworks meet both regulatory and operational requirements.

What will you do?

  • Packaging & Artwork Design
  • Designing capsule and product packaging for PMP factory.
  • Designing label samples for registration with the Drug Administration of Vietnam.
  • Providing Pantone packaging information for QA.
  • Reviewing and implementing changes before QA approves the artwork and Pantone.

2.Change Management & Compliance

  • Raising MOC for product change requests and evaluating impacts on the EQMS system.
  • Ensuring artwork accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

3.Issue Resolution & Quality Support

  • Resolving design-related complaints.
  • Coordinating with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure artwork meets regulatory and operational requirements.

4.Training & Documentation

  • Training and ensuring department staff are trained in approved relevant SOPs.
  • Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the department director.

 

What do we expect from you?

Education: University degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Languages: Strong reading and writing skills in English; listening and speaking skills are a plus.

Experience & Professional Requirements:

  • Experience in packaging and label design, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for product labeling and packaging.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Corel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of color matching systems; knowledge of Pantone is a plus
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical artwork regulations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
