About the Role
As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will act as a trusted scientific expert, fostering peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs, and other key stakeholders. Reporting to the Assistant Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating non-promotional scientific exchange, gathering actionable insights and supporting STADA UK's Medical Affairs strategy.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and academic institutions within assigned therapy areas.
- Facilitate non-promotional scientific exchange by presenting balanced, evidence-based clinical information.
- Collect and analyse medical insights to inform medical strategy, product lifecycle planning and evidence generation priorities.
- Plan and deliver high-quality medical education initiatives, including disease and product training for healthcare professionals.
- Represent STADA at scientific meetings, congresses, and advisory boards to gather insights and share developments.
- Develop and execute territory engagement plans aligned with the UK Medical Strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of scientific interactions and ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice, MHRA requirements and company policies.

What Makes You A Great Fit
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences (e.g., MPharm, PharmD, PhD, MBBS, MSc).
- Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in relevant therapy areas.
- Previous experience in an MSL or Medical Affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear messages.
- Proven ability to build credible relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
