About the role

You'll be the face of our company for doctors and pharmacists in your territory. Your mission: build genuine professional relationships, share accurate and up-to-date information about our products, and help healthcare professionals make informed decisions. It's a role for someone who loves being out in the field, talking to people, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

What you'll do

• Engage with healthcare professionals on all medical aspects of our pharmaceutical products
• Keep doctors and pharmacists informed about our medicines and medical devices
• Organize and run scientific events that help medical and pharmacy professionals grow
• Deliver on the team engagement plans set together with your manager
• Build professional relationships with healthcare specialists based on strong ethical principles — always, with both patients and professionals
• Keep company information and analytics systems accurate and up to date
• Map your territory: build and maintain a database of clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
• Track the market and keep an eye on the competitive landscape
• Own your KPIs and deliver results
• Report on your work through our CRM

What we're looking for

• Great communicator — you connect with people easily and know how to persuade
• Analytical mindset — you work with data, not just intuition
• Confident, attentive, and stress-resistant
• Organized and accountable — you take ownership of your work

Requirements

• Higher or specialized secondary education (medical background is a plus)
• Sales experience is a plus, but not a must
• Driving experience — 1 year or more
• References from previous managers are welcome
