Are you motivated by building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional commercial outcomes?

As our new Mass Market KAM, you will play a key role in executing our CHC sales strategy within the Mass Market partners, supporting our company in achieving its business goals. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the KAM Team Lead, prepare essential sales and performance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to flawlessly implement product launches and in-store initiatives.

What you can expect:

  • Keeping contact with Mass Market partners (e.g. dm, Rossmann) in Hungary:
    • Manage and prepare the yearly negotiations
    • Continuous, fruitful contact with the decision makers
  • Drafting quotes and contracts
  • Responsible for plan and conceive sales budget related to appointed accounts
  • Actively manage revenue and activity projections on a regular basis
  • Managing accounts – providing sales and marketing support for partners, ensuring presence of POS materials
  • Reporting to the KAM Team Lead
  • Monitoring the competition
  • Creating full market analysis and market awareness
  • Monitoring performance
  • Implementing the launch plans for new products
  • Working close with the Marketing and Supply Chain
