Marketing Medical Manager (CHC)

About the Role
As a Marketing Medical Manager, you will be responsible for developing, aligning, and implementing medical marketing activities for the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) portfolio in line with the company's strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring the scientific accuracy and medical compliance of all marketing materials and activities, collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and supporting new product development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead the development of medical marketing materials by defining formats, creating content, and approving materials in accordance with scientific, medical, and ethical standards.
- Plan the company's participation in scientific congresses and professional events, recommend engagement strategies, and review the scientific accuracy of presentations.
- Monitor the marketing budget allocated to congresses and collaborate with the Rx team in planning related activities.
- Develop training plans for internal and external stakeholders while reviewing and approving the scientific accuracy of training materials.
- Ensure that all medical marketing activities comply with internal procedures and applicable compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), prepare annual collaboration plans, and propose topics for Advisory Board meetings.
- Partner with KOLs and Product Managers to identify pipeline opportunities and recommend new product acquisitions (NPL).
- Develop both short-term and long-term plans for the NPL portfolio.
- Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team on business case preparation and approval processes.
- Actively participate in the preparation and defense of NPL projects through STADA Stage Gate processes in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Provide scientific and medical support to team members from non-medical backgrounds.

Qualifications:
- University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Dentistry.
- Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong technical expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and assessment of clinical relevance.
- Solid knowledge of various therapeutic areas and the local pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
- Project management experience with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
