What you can expect
Â
- You work closely with the Head of Global Talent Management, the Global Talent Management team, other Culture & People teams aswell as relavant business stakeholder to shape and deliver a modern, impactful global talent strategy that fuels growth, engagement, and performance.
- You coordinate the global rollout and local adaptation of talent and leadership initiatives, ensuring a strong connection between business priorities, organizational needs, and employee growth.
- You design and implement initiatives that foster a growth mindset culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and empower employees to realize their full potential.
- You analyze organizational and talent needs, identify talent opportunities and gaps, and support the development of future-ready leaders and teams that drive business success.
- You strengthen succession management by identifying critical roles, assessing successor readiness, and building robust talent pipelines through targeted development and career growth opportunities.
- You elevate organization & talent reviews (OTR) by driving a consistent, data-driven process, analyzing outcomes, challenging quality and calibration, and ensuring clear talent implications and follow-up actions at scale.
- You foster employee engagement and a culture of continuous growth by promoting best practices, facilitating the exchange of ideas, and driving initiatives that strengthen leadership, performance, and collaboration across the organization.
- You contribute to the continuous evolution of talent management practices, helping embed a growth mindset, enterprise leadership, and a high-performance culture across STADA.

Who we are looking for
Â
- You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- You have several years of experience in Human Resources or a related field within an international, complex business environment.
- You are familiar with HRIS tools, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, supporting performance management and learning processes.
- You bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, combined with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset.
- You are curious and adaptable towards emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in talent development.
- You have a solid understanding of talent management, learning, and people development principles.
- You collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders to drive talent initiatives.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
