About the job:
As a Maintenance Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and optimal production conditions, by overseeing proper use and maintenance of machines, coordinating closely with production, driving continuous improvement of methods and equipment performance, and supporting installation and documentation of new machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure technical correctness and proper use of equipment in the production process
• Closely collaborate with production process leaders to secure optimal production conditions
• Timely initiate purchase requests for spare parts and technical materials
• Actively participate in improving work methods and the functioning of existing equipment
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines and prepare/maintain operating instructions and procedures

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Technical Faculty)
• Conversational level of English language
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach
