Working Student Service & Reception (f/m/d)   

Laichingen | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Fix-term | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Internships / Students 

 
What you can expect
 
  • You handle telephone and written inquiries regarding general product topics as well as follow-up questions from end consumers and various customer groups, such as pharmacies, wholesalers, and clinics.
  • You forward external inquiries in a targeted manner, document relevant information, and ensure smooth internal communication.
  • You welcome and take care of our visitors.
  • You take care of the processing and organization of internal business processes.

Who we are looking for
 
  • You are enrolled at a university.
  • You enjoy working with customers, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • You have a service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork ability, and social competence.
  • You are characterized by organizational skills as well as a structured, precise, and careful way of working.
  • You have good MS Office skills as well as very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
