Key Accounts Manager
Минск | Belarus (BY) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | All target groups
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop cooperation with key national and regional pharmacy chains.
- Drive business growth through expanding the product portfolio, increasing sales volume and market share within each account.
- Build and maintain long-term partnership relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, marketing, commercial).
- Coordinate and agree contract terms and addendums with pharmacy chains.
- Monitor compliance with key contract conditions: purchase volumes, assortment requirements, financial terms.
- Track payment discipline and delivery terms, initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
- Plan promotional campaigns (price promotions, listings, incentive programs for pharmacy staff).
- Coordinate promo launch and execution in cooperation with Marketing and Trade Marketing.
- Analyze promo effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for further optimization.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Pharmacy).
- Relevant experience in Sales/Key Account Management from [X] years, preferably in Pharma or FMCG with focus on pharmacy chains.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and distribution channels (pharmacy chains, distributors).
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong analytical skills; confident user of Excel and/or BI tools for sales analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, result-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
