Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our Key Accounts Management Group within Limited Liability Company "Eurasia Pharmtrade". This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of client relations and strategic sales within the pharmaceutical sector, where your contribution will directly impact the growth and market presence of our company.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and lead negotiation campaigns; establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in pharmacy chains to foster effective, long-term cooperation.

Manage contractual processes meticulously, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

Monitor and assess the fulfilment of contractual obligations, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure adherence to agreed terms.

Analyze product categories, monitor competitor activities and pharmacy network trends, respond swiftly to market changes, and implement strategic actions to achieve planned sales targets.

Ensure maximum visibility and availability of the company’s product portfolio in pharmacies by coordinating product placement and the introduction of new assortments promptly.

Organise, coordinate, and execute trade marketing activities within pharmacy networks to enhance brand recognition and sales performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements:

A strong desire to work in new environments with a readiness to learn and adapt continuously.

Higher education is essential, preferably in pharmaceutical, business, or related fields.

A minimum of three years' experience in sales or key account management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical market dynamics and key players.

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and develop effective sales strategies.

Excellent communication skills characterised by politeness, client orientation, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher is highly desirable to facilitate international communication and expand professional capabilities.

A valid category B driving licence with at least three years of driving experience and willingness to undertake business travel as required.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
