 Graphic Designer (M/F)

Position Context

Within an environment combining scientific, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical device projects, the Graphic Designer works transversally across multiple Business Units (BUs), as well as on corporate and internal projects. He/she contributes to enhancing the company’s image and its brands through coherent, innovative visual materials that comply with regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities

Creation & Adaptation

  • Define and/or adapt graphic charters for brands and projects.
  • Adapt and format existing materials (print and digital).
  • Ensure updates and minor graphic adjustments on certain media (print, packaging, or digital).
  • Guarantee visual consistency across all communication materials.
  • Propose creative concepts tailored to target audiences (healthcare professionals, general public, internal stakeholders).

Production of Materials

  • Produce print materials: brochures, leaflets, dosage cards, POS displays, product portfolios, packaging, posters, etc.
  • Design digital assets: banners, screen savers, newsletters, animated presentations, social media content.
  • Contribute to the creation of materials for product launches, events, congresses, and field operations.
  • Participate in the creation of materials for internal events (seminars, etc.).

Cross-BU Projects

  • Work on projects related to generic medicines, biosimilars, cosmetics, and medical devices.
  • Translate scientific content into educational, clear, and accessible visual materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical, regulatory, and sales teams.

Internal Communication & Projects

  • Contribute to communication department projects (employer branding, corporate, and institutional communication).
  • Create internal communication materials: newsletters, HR materials, training tools.
  • Participate in enhancing the visual identity of internal communication initiatives.

Coordination & Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Act as a proactive contributor regarding formats, tools, and graphic innovations.
  • Work with external partners (printers, agencies, freelancers) when necessary.
  • Conduct ongoing creative, graphic, and technological monitoring.

 

Your Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent.
  • Desired experience: minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or regulated industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Good professional level of English.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital production constraints.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory constraints is a plus.
  • Experience in motion design or video is a plus (After Effects or Premiere).
