Social Media Intern

We're launching our corporate social media pages — from scratch. And we're looking for an intern to be part of this launch: from concept and content plan to the first posts and the first followers. This is a chance not to "run social media by template," but to actually build it — with team support and real creative freedom.

What you'll do

• Take part in launching the company's corporate pages Instagram, TikTok])
• Help shape the concept and content plan
• Create posts: copy, visuals, stories, short videos
• Capture authentic content from company life (events, team, behind the scenes)
• Manage comments and messages — keep the conversation with our audience going
• Track performance and prepare simple analytics: what works, what doesn't
• Follow social media trends and pitch ideas — we're open to experiments
• Work closely with the HR and Marketing teams

Who we're looking for

• You live on social media and understand how it works: reach, engagement, why Reels matter
• You write easily and correctly in Russian (Kazakh and English are a plus)
• You know the basic tools: Canva, CapCut or similar; your phone shoots — you edit
• You have a good eye: you can tell strong visuals from weak ones
• You're independent and reliable: you can take a post from idea to publication

Nice to have

• Your own blog, a student media project, or content samples (attach them to your application!)
• Studies in marketing, journalism, PR, or related fields
