  • Support contract alignment and claims management, working closely with internal stakeholders;
  • Resolve supplier issues and commercial disputes, including negotiations related to penalties, compensation, and recovery of losses;

  • Maintain daily reporting on purchase orders, keep delivery timelines up to date, and proactively communicate changes to stakeholders;
  • Track supplier performance and contribute to the development of a strong, reliable supplier base;
  • Conduct regular reviews of key suppliers, organize follow-up meetings, and drive action plans to improve performance;
  • Ensure procurement data is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained in ERP systems;

  • Strong supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation skills;
  • Practical experience running tenders and supporting procurement processes;
  • Good analytical skills, including market research, price analysis, and supplier performance evaluation;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Experience working with ERP systems and procurement reporting;
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Openness to working in cross-functional and international environments.
