Huddersfield |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent

Join us as a Supply Chain Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving performance across our end-to-end supply chain. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on turning data into action, combining sharp analytical insight with hands-on operational involvement to keep our in-house supply chain performing at its best. From KPI reporting and inventory governance to building dashboards and uncovering opportunities for continuous improvement, you’ll work across site teams, global supply chain and operations to deliver real business results.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Support the successful delivery of day-to-day supply chain operations, working closely with site leadership to help achieve planning and business objectives.
  • Apply broad supply chain knowledge across planning, inventory and operational processes, helping to ensure smooth and effective end-to-end performance.
  • Develop insightful KPI reporting and business review materials, using data analysis to highlight performance gaps and support clear, practical actions.
  • Take a lead role in inventory management at site level, promoting strong governance and alignment with established planning models and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to improve stock control, strengthen communication and enhance the overall health and balance of inventory.
  • Provide thoughtful analysis of inventory trends, depreciation and write-offs, helping to identify root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in supply chain, inventory control or materials management within manufacturing underpinned by the ability to work confidently with complex operational data.
  • Experience using supply chain and ERP platforms, ideally APO and SAP, to support planning, inventory control and business-critical decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics methodologies, including concepts such as MRP2 and lean management, with the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Proven ability to work with large data sets, data warehousing environments and detailed operational information, turning raw data into clear and actionable insight.
  • Skilled in developing dashboards, reports and performance analysis, helping stakeholders monitor KPIs, identify trends and support continuous improvement.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
