  1. ROLE PURPOSE

Healthcare Professional Executive serves as a bridge between the scientific and marketing, commercial teams, ensuring the delivery of accurate, up-to-date, and compliant medical information to support marketing, sales, internal training, and the development of relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Lead the translation of medical evidence into HCP Activation strategies, establishing the company's expert positioning through standardized and innovative scientific activities

1

Strategic Mindset & Leadership

  • Champion a Growth & Scientific Mindset: Lead the integration of medical evidence into commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive proactive, long-term medical and activation planning that aligns with brand objectives
  • Omnichannel Activation: Implement HCP activation activities across multiple platforms (Face-to-face, Webinar, Social Media for doctors),besides traditional conferences only
  • Cross-functional Synergy: Act as a strategic consultant for Sales and Marketing to enhance performance through medical credibility
  • Purpose & Values: Constantly work to build a team environment that is embedded with our STADA Purpose and 4 Values.

Medical Strategy & Evidence Generation

  • Medical Insights: Analyze HCP feedback and clinical trends to identify unmet medical needs and refine product positioning
  • Advanced Content Authority: Lead the creation of high-level scientific assets (Clinical summaries, Head-to-head trial analysis, and Objection handling guides).
  • Evidence-based Messaging: Translate complex clinical data into compelling, compliant value propositions for different HCP segments
  • Evidence-Based Content Creation: Support the development of materials, with the Specialist taking the lead in content creation: writing scientific slides, product core slides and compiling challenging clinical objection-handling Q&A sets based on head-to-head trials
  • Medical review

Oversee the Medical Review process for all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance regulations.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including the Regulatory Affairs Team, to gather necessary information for reviews.

Document any feedback provided during the review process and ensure that all revisions are implemented as per the guidelines.

 Gatekeeping: Oversee the Medical Review process for all promotional materials   to ensure 100% adherence to internal SOPs and MOH/DOH regulations.

Compliance Leadership: Act as the final authority on medical claims, ensuring ethical communication and risk mitigation in all commercial activities

  • Internal Training

Participate in the development and implementation of scientific training programs for the sales and marketing teams.

Provide regular updates on scientific advancements, clinical guidelines, and medical literature, competitor data to keep the organization ahead of market shifts

HCP Activation & KOL Management

  • Strategic Engagement: Architect and execute omnichannel HCP activation plans (Scientific symposia, Advisory boards, and Digital medical education).
  • Engagement with Healthcare Professionals (KOLs): Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Medical Associations to establish "Top of Mind" brand authority. Build and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and relevant medical associations. Gather insights from HCPs to support product strategy and research initiatives
  • Speaker Development: Identify and train external speakers to ensure consistent and high-impact delivery of scientific messages
  • Scientific Support and Medical Information Delivery

Provide accurate and updated scientific information about products to internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Training, etc.).

Collaborate in the development of medical materials (slides, Q&A documents, scientific brochures, etc.).

Address medical inquiries from the sales team and from healthcare professionals such as physicians and pharmacists.

  • Compliance and Ethics

Ensure all medical activities and materials comply with local laws, Ministry of Health (MOH) and Department of Health (DOH) regulations, as well as internal compliance standards.

Team Collaboration

  • Be an active and proactive key member of the Marketing team.
  • Create a sense of common purpose across local commercial teams and cross-functional teams and share business/sales imperatives, by establishing clear and positive messages about what needs to be achieved.
  • Closely working with external partners and internal stakeholders to support training initiatives.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy (Doctor of Medicine is preferred).

WORKING EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, or Medical

Writer.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Scientific Mastery: Strong ability to critically appraise clinical papers and synthesize data into strategic insigh
  • Strategic Activation: Proven track record in planning and leading successful HCP-targeted medical campaigns
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to connect scientific data with business objectives
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation and scientific writing skills; ability to influence high-level stakeholders (KOLs/Department Heads).
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in medical English, including reading scientific literature and delivering presentations, writing reports
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
