Role Purpose

At STADA UK Thornton & Ross, we are entering an exciting phase of transformation and growth, and creativity plays a key role in how we connect with consumers across our portfolio of trusted healthcare brands.

As Graphic & Content Designer, you will be responsible for bringing campaigns to life through high-quality, engaging creative assets delivered across multiple channels and touchpoints. From digital campaigns and website content to retail and in-store materials, you will ensure creative ideas are translated into impactful and consistent brand experiences at speed.

This role partners closely with our dedicated E-commerce Content Designer, who focuses on conversion-led content (such as Amazon A+, PDPs, thumbnails and platform video). Together, you will help create a seamless journey from brand storytelling to purchase, combining creativity with commercial impact.

How You Will Make Impact:

  • Campaign Asset Production: Adapt campaign concepts into complete multi-channel asset sets across paid media, websites and retail environments.
  • Asset Adaptation & Build: Produce, resize and optimise assets to meet all platform, format and channel requirements, including creating additional assets where needed.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality: Ensure all creative outputs are accurate, on-brand and visually consistent across all channels.
  • Website & Retail Assets: Create and maintain website visuals and in-store/POS materials aligned with campaigns.
  • Agency Rollout: Translate agency key visuals, creative concepts and toolkits into executable assets while ensuring efficient deployment across channels.
  • Planning & Delivery: Manage workloads across multiple brands and deliver high-quality assets efficiently and on time, in collaboration with Brand teams and external agencies.
  • E-commerce Alignment: Work closely with the E-commerce Content Designer to ensure consistency between campaign creative and conversion-focused content.

What We Are Looking For
At STADA, we embrace Uniqueness—recognising the value that diverse perspectives bring to our work. Our core values—Entrepreneurship, Integrity, Agility, and One STADA—guide how we collaborate and innovate.

We are looking for a candidate who aligns with these values and brings the following:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design or content production.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience producing digital and social media assets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working within an in-house creative team in FMCG or Pharma would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of content formats, digital platforms and audience engagement.
  • Ability to balance creativity with effective project management.
  • Experience collaborating with e-commerce, marketing and external agency teams.
  • A hands-on, practical and delivery-focused mindset.
  • Confidence working across multiple brands and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
