Pharmacy Assistant 80–100% (m/f/d) | Muri near Bern | Switzerland

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Independent pharmaceutical customer consulting, both in person and by phone
  • Receiving, processing, and dispensing prescription medications after verification by the pharmacist
  • Checking items to be ordered from wholesalers and submitting orders accordingly
  • Processing goods received from wholesalers and direct suppliers
  • Preparing and/or verifying orders for customers and medical practices
  • Entering prescriptions, preparing or ordering prescribed medicines, and preparing packages for mail-order pharmacy services
  • Conducting basic clinical analyses (blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure)
  • Processing health insurance billing
  • Preparing cash register reconciliations
  • Assisting with controlled substances monitoring

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a Pharmacy Assistant with a Federal Certificate of Competence
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Independent, structured, and efficient working style
  • Good IT skills
  • Native German speaker with good French and English skills
