Field Force Manager   

Алматы | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the field force management strategy to achieve the company’s business objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of regional managers and medical representatives.
  • Analyze the performance of field teams and design and implement initiatives to increase their productivity.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Ensure delivery of sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular trainings and coaching sessions for field force employees.
  • Collaborate with other company departments (Marketing, Sales, HR) to ensure synergy and alignment in activities.
  • Manage the department budget, control expenses, and optimize costs.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, providing recommendations to improve business processes.

Requirements:

  • Higher education; a degree in medicine, pharmacy, or economics is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in managing field teams and delivering strong business results.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market and specifics of working with medical representatives.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel on business trips.
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
