Expert associate in warehouse

About the job: 

As an Expert associate in warehouse, you will play an active role in warehouse and central dispensing operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards while maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for inventory analysis and optimization, improvement of procedures and work instructions, as well as supporting and enhancing information systems. The role also includes participation in stocktaking activities, employee training, implementation of new technologies, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Actively participate in all warehouse and central dispensing operations in accordance with applicable procedures and work instructions. 

  • Create, update, and improve operational procedures, work instructions, and internal standards while ensuring GMP compliance.

  • Analyze inventory levels and propose optimal storage and transportation solutions, as well as improvements in inventory management.

  • Participate in the optimization and development of information systems, including defining new requirements and improving existing processes. 

  • Organize and conduct employee training sessions, participate in stocktaking activities, monitor execution of warehouse operations, and support the implementation of occupational health and safety measures. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Post-secondary or a Bachelor education degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Economics, Transport and Traffic Engineering, Organizational Sciences, or a related field; alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of experience with advanced knowledge of warehouse processes, regardless of field of study. 

  • Conversational level of English.

  • Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package. 

  • Familiarity with new technologies and computerized systems.
