Expert associate for Complaint Team

About job:

As Expert associate for complaint team you will cover activities such as preparing, evaluating, monitoring and reviewing risk assessments, CAPA measures for worldwide production sites and contract manufactures. Additionally you will create, maintain and archive all necessary quality documents.

Responsiblities:

• EDP-supported creation, maintenance and archiving of GMP (Good manufacturing Practice) and quality documents
• Evaluating risks, reviewing of investigations and monitoring of CAPAs of complaints
• Preparing and executing Quality Incident Committee Meetings for risk assessment regarding product quality, especially of batches on the market, in case above mentioned complaints are critical and monitoring of actions defined in the committee
• Worldwide communication with Group-owned production sites and contract manufacturers
• Process Owner of the Complaint System
• Carrying out GMP-relevant training courses
• Creation of KPIs for the department

Qualifications:

• University degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or comparable field of study
• English language fluency both written and verbal
• Advanced level of knowledge for MS Office package
• Ability to understand and discuss complex topics, technical writing skills
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or comparable position, preferably in the field of quality is advantage
