Eurasia Launch Excellence Manager
Tashkent | Uzbekistan (UZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Portfolio & Product Development | Professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Tenders, Pricing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Commercial) to ensure timely product launches across the Eurasia region.
- Maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports within the regional launch plan, monitor Brand Managers' completion of the LEO tool, and train new Brand Managers on how to use it.
- Manage risks and issues requiring escalation, communicate risks and opportunities to management in a timely manner, and minimize the risk of out-of-stock immediately after launch.
- Prepare launch budgets for all countries, align them with the Finance Department and global functions, and present launch status updates to global teams and regional top management.
- Monitor the financial performance of each launch for 12 months post-launch, analyze results, capture lessons learned, and regularly update checklists based on those insights.
Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including hands-on experience in product launches or cross-functional project management.
- Understanding of registration processes, pricing systems, supply planning systems, and P&L financial parameters.
- Strong project management skills (planning, timeline control, risk management, scenario planning) and ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data.
- Leadership qualities: ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams without direct reporting lines, decision-making in ambiguous situations, and influencing through expertise and argumentation.
- Higher education in Economics/Business, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or Chemistry, and fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).
