What you'll do

• Support of marketing activities
  • Marketing budget management (invoice management, updating monthly monitoring of the budgeted A&P cost
  • Manage brand related projects based on RX Marketing Manager instructions (translations, creating presentations, coordinating products)
  • Active involvement in the participation of the professional events – supporting the Product manager in the preparation of these events
  • Follow and maintain the stock of the promo materials, creating report on stock levels
  • Create monthly market reports based on IQVIA data (sell-in, sell-out, pricing)
  • Create ad hoc market reports / analyses based on request from BUM, PM, MM
  • Taking care of Brand launch / pre-launch related tasks (collecting data for listings, preparation of launch support materials)
  • Administration of RX contracts according to the company administration policy.
  • Compliance administration of marketing related activities (in line with global and local legal policies)

• Rx sales team management support
  • Active involvement in the organization of the professional events
  • Administration and legal documentation of donations and congress related sponsorship.
  • Responsible for one of the management’s e-mail addresses
  • Support the work of the Rx Sales team (managers and sales representatives)
