Junior Pharmaceutical Affairs Officer

Your role
As a Junior Pharmaceutical Affairs Officer, you are an indispensable link within our Pharmaceutical Affairs department. You ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, correctly, and in compliance with regulations.
You support various teams — from Regulatory Affairs to Quality Assurance, Medical, and Pharmacovigilance — and thus directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our operations.
In this role, you work closely with colleagues and external partners within a highly regulated yet fascinating pharmaceutical environment. No two days are the same, and your organizational talent truly makes a difference.
Your responsibilities
You provide strong administrative and organizational support to the team, including by:
- Preparing and following up on administrative releases
(such as digitally archiving certificates of analysis (CoAs), certificates of conformity (CoCs), and batch release documents) - Collecting and processing data for Fost Plus declarations
- Assisting in planning and organizing QA, PV, and Medical training sessions
- Following up on invoices administratively (including FAGG) and creating purchase orders
- Drafting promotional texts
- Actively participating in team meetings and ad hoc discussions
In short: you maintain oversight, bring structure, and support the team where needed.
Your profile
You are someone who enjoys organizing and supporting, and who works accurately in a quality-driven environment.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You have an administrative or scientific background, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, life sciences, or another regulated environment is a strong plus
- You work in a structured and precise manner and handle information discreetly
- You communicate effectively and enjoy working with different teams
- You are digitally skilled (MS Office, SharePoint; experience with quality documentation is a plus)
- You have a good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an additional asset
