About the Specialty Care Department

Specialty Care is a rapidly growing department within EG and is responsible for the sales of all products in the hospitals as well as innovative products and biosimilar medicines marketed to specialists.

 

About your role

Assistant Specialty Care

The Specialty Care Assistant is responsible for supporting the specialty care team with the administrative organization and follow-up. You report to the Specialty Care Director with a dotted line to the Management Assistant for the reception tasks. You will work closely with sales, marketing and medical of Specialty Care to support them in their responsibilities.

You will also have direct contact with other departments within EG:  customer care, business intelligence & finance.

Reception

You will be responsible for the overall office management. You will oversee the cleaning team and make sure that all materials are available for our colleagues. You are EG’s warm welcome for our visitors and make sure that the office runs smoothly.

 

Responsibilities

Assistant Specialty Care

  • General administrative support for all members of the Specialty Care Department
  • Management of promotional materials
  • Management of expense tracker
  • Administrative support & coordination of congresses
  • Support and organization of meetings
  • Support the team with tools like SIP & EGEOS (CRM tool)
  • In the lead for the Teams and SharePoint structure of the department

    Reception

  • Follow-up of all incoming communications: general mailbox, transfer incoming calls & letters to right colleague, manage outgoing mailings & letters, …
  • Responsible to place orders for office supplies & handle all catering requests
  • Welcome visitors & suppliers
  • Prepare & clean-up meeting rooms
  • Help with practical details for certain events
  • General office management support

  • Min. bachelor’s degree

  • You have good organizational and planning skills
