Product Manager – Non-Pharma CHC Portfolio

About the Role:
As a Product Manager for the non-pharma CHC portfolio, you will manage products from the existing CHC portfolio and work on the development and implementation of new products. Your role will include preparing marketing plans for new product launches, coordinating pre-launch activities, training colleagues, product positioning, creating marketing strategies, and managing all stages of the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage products from the existing portfolio and take responsibility for shaping the future portfolio
- Develop new sales channels through the selected portfolio and related activities
- Prepare marketing plans for the launch of new and strategic products, including defined strategy, tactics, and action plans
- Coordinate activities and sales teams prior to new product launches
- Organize and conduct training for marketing and sales associates regarding new and existing products
- Position products, create marketing tactics, and define key sales messages
- Initiate the development of marketing materials in accordance with company standards
- Create proposals for creative design solutions for outdoor and indoor advertising
- Manage product-related activities throughout all stages of the product life cycle
- Implement strategies for the assigned product pharmacological group
Requirements:
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in the same or similar roles such as Product Manager, Brand Manager, or Category Manager within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
