Payroll Associate

Location: Belgrade

About the role: As a Payroll Associate, your key responsibility will be to ensure that salary payments and other employee earnings are accurate and reliable, as well as to provide expert support to employees regarding any payroll-related questions. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to take part in projects focused on developing tools and procedures within the payroll team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees and contractors in Hemofarm A.D.
•  Ensure accurate calculation of all types of payments in line with the Collective Agreement, as well as per diems and travel reimbursements for business trips in country and abroad.
•  Prepare and submit required forms and declarations related to personal income calculation to the relevant authorities.
• Actively participate in projects aimed at improving payroll systems and processes, as well as HR initiatives where payroll support plays an important role.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Management or related scinces.
• At least one year of previous experience in payroll (in-house or within an accounting/outsourcing firm)
•  Good command of English and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong teamwork skills, cooperative approach and well-developed communication skills
