Master Data Specialist

About the job:

As Master Data Specialist you will be responsible for diving into operational master data, validating, correcting and harmonizing records across systems. You will closely work with international colleagues from various business areas to collect requirements, resolve discrepancies and ensure that master data supports business and portfolio decisions. 

Responsibilities:

• Dedicated project support for master data cleansing (data mapping using different data sources SAP/1P/PolaRIS)
• Coordination of MDM(Master Data Management) in multidisciplinary&international teams (Global portfolio Management, Central Master Data team, Finance and Affiliates)
•  Collaborating with various stakeholders in global functions and affiliates
• Supporting global process for set-up of new products, including providing and maintaining all relevant master data for Global Portfolio Management
• Assist in maintaining, updating and establishing the necessary SOP (standard operation procedures) to ensure the efficient process output in the future

Qualifications:

• University degree from life-sciences or a business related field
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Practical knowledge in maintenance and validation of master data
• Able to work independently, precisely, flexibly and target oriented as a team player
• Strong skills in MS Office and database structures
• Know-how in using SAP ERP, Platflow, Ennov, data visualization tools will be considered as a plus
