Key Account Associate
Location: Belgrade, Kragujevac or Niš
Contract type: Fix term position

About the role: As a Key Account Associate, you will work in the field and maintain regular contact with clients during visits to retail locations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring product availability, implementing planograms, and improving product visibility in pharmacies and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Visiting pharmacies and retail outlets
  • Collaborating with clients and providing support in resolving their requests
  • Implementing and monitoring planograms
  • Placing and maintaining POS materials
  • Monitoring stock levels and product availability at points of sale
  • Recommending orders to ensure optimal product availability
  • Tracking and reporting on distribution and field conditions
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Completed secondary or higher education (field of study is not mandatory; degrees in economics, management, pharmacy, or related fields are a plus)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
  • Strong communication skills with a results- and client-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in the field and a valid Category B driver’s license
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of English for business communication is an advantage
