Expert associate in Change Coordination

About the job:
As a Expert associate in change coordination you will coordinate and administrate the global change control process in an electronic system, ensuring timelines, actions, and stakeholders are managed in line with GMP and company standards. You will support end users, contribute to system upgrades and data quality, and actively participate in key Quality System activities such as documentation management, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
Responsiblities:
- Tracking of actions, review and communication of timelines, escalation of delays and documentation of aliment meetings (project management)
- Support of end users with questions regarding the change process and the handling of the tool
- Administration of the change process within the electronic tool, e.g. through the creation and assignment of actions and impact assessments or the summaries / assessment of the generated data within the different steps according to current guidelines and GMP principles
- Identify and engage relevant departments/stakeholders and assign/coordinate the appropriate impact assessments in the system
- Supports projects with system upgrade, data cleansing and new implementations
- Dealing with pharmaceutical technical enquiries in global quality compliance
- Coordination of Tasks related to a certain process of a Quality Team to ensure compliance with Health Authorities requirements and company standards
- Active participation in Quality System Processes, such as GMP documentation management, change control, investigation, deviation, CAPA activities and others as well as maintenance of the systems that is managing the product, process, and packaging information as well as master data as applicable
Qualifications:
- Faculty degree in the field of pharmacy, technology, biology, chemistry or other related fields of study
- Conversational level of English language
- Advance level of MS Office suite
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry in the field of quality assurance is plus!
