Medical Representative – RX Portfolio

About the Role

As a Medical Representative for the RX portfolio, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality relationships with healthcare professionals. Your role includes providing professional support and product information, monitoring market trends, and organizing professional events, all with the goal of enhancing product knowledge and market awareness.

Required Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s level) in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Dentistry
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Previous experience in the same or similar roles is considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sales and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Promotion of Hemofarm generic products to physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions in the territory of Republika Srpska – Banja Luka and Doboj
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
• Identifying sales growth opportunities and collaborating with internal teams
• Monitoring competitors, market trends, and customer needs
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
• Delivering presentations and participating in professional events
• Continuously improving knowledge of therapeutic areas
• Maintaining records and reporting through the CRM system
