Working Student Trade & Shopper Marketing CHC (f/m/d) Â Â

Â
- You will independently manage projects for the data-driven activation of our strong brands (e.g., GRIPPOSTAD, HOGGAR, LADIVAL, and more) at the point of sale across various sales channels (stationary pharmacies, wholesale, cooperations, eCommerce).
- You will conduct in-depth market and shopper analyses based on relevant key figures, derive valuable insights, and develop recommendations for brand strategy and POS activation.
- You will assist in preparing sales priorities and translate insights into targeted action recommendations for sales.
- You will perform success measurements, KPI evaluations, and regular reporting, deriving concrete optimization suggestions.
- You will work closely with the sales, marketing, market research, and customer service departments as well as external service providers and agencies.
Who we are looking for
- You are studying business administration in a bachelor's or master's program with a focus on marketing/communication or a comparable field of study.
- You have initial experience in marketing, category management, market research, or sales (e.g., through completed vocational training or internships).
- You have knowledge of project management methods and ideally have already gained initial project experience.
- You are proficient in using common Microsoft Office products and have an affinity for digital tools, data, and the use of AI-supported applications.
- You possess excellent analytical skills, enjoy interpreting insights, and like working independently.
- You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
