Working Student SAP Material Master Data Cleansing (f/m/d) Â Â

As a Working Student, you will support a key SAP Material Master Data Cleansing project focusing on commodity codes—an important foundation for strengthening export control across STADA’s global systems. This role offers hands‑on experience in data management, SAP processes, and compliance, making it especially valuable for students in pharmaceutical sciences or IT. You will work closely with our Global Export Control team and collaborate with departments such as IT, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.
What You Can Expect
In your role as Working Student, you will:
- You review and cleanse SAP material master data related to commodity codes.
- You validate and update commodity codes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect missing data and resolve inconsistencies.
- You support the implementation of standardized processes for material classification.
- You document progress and maintain accurate records of data changes and updates.
- You assist in testing and quality assurance activities to improve export control functionalities.
Who We Are Looking For
- You are enrolled in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, IT, Business Informatics, Economics, or related fieldsÂ
- You have an interest in data management, SAP systems, and international trade compliance.
- You have basic MS Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus but not required.
- You work with strong attention to detail and an organized approach to tasks.
- You have good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
- You are motivated to learn and contribute to a global project as part of a collaborative team.
