Working Student Medical Affairs / Global Specialty Development (w/m/d)

What you can expect

 

The Working Student Medical Affairs / Global Specialty Development is aimed at Pharmacy, Biology or other Health/ Natural Sciences students who want to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry. This position has a duration of one year and can be extended up to additional 12 months.

In coordination with the Medical Affairs director, the work student will be responsible for supporting projects and assisting in the day-to-day business of the teams.

 

  • You assist in the creation of medical materials and review non-medical materials for internal and external use, such as medical trainings and promotional pieces prepared by Marketing.
  • You participate in and support medical advisory activities, including consultancies and advisory boards.
  • You conduct literature searches to support internal stakeholders (Development, Marketing, Market Access, Business Intelligence) with data and insights.
  • You coordinate the medical information process by managing the tool, responding to queries, and updating response documents.

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • You are enrolled as a Pharmacy, Biology or another Health/ Natural Sciences student (Bachelor, Master)
  • You are curious, passionate about learning about the Medical Affairs role in a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • You bring analytical and very good self-organization skills to handle activities independently
  • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You are flexible to work in a cross-functional team
  • Very good user knowledge of common MS Office tools
  • You have very good English language skill, knowledge in additional European language(s) is beneficial
