Working Student Learning Management System Administration (f/m/d)

What you can expect

 

  • You support the daily administration and maintenance of the HERO Learning / SuccessFactors LMS

  • You assist internal teams in creating, reviewing, and proofreading learning and training materials

  • You prepare, upload, and publish e-learning content within the LMS environment

  • You collaborate with the C&P Analytics and Digital Experience teams to collect, analyze, and report learning KPIs

  • You help manage EasyGenerator, STADA’s e-learning authoring tool

  • You maintain learning content libraries and ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date

  • You support system testing, troubleshooting activities, and continuous process improvements within the learning systems

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • You are a registered student in the field of business administration, communications, human resources, or psychology

  • You have initial work experience, preferably in the HR environment

  • You enjoy communicating across different channels and with diverse target groups

  • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, and like to implement your own ideas

  • You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
