What you can expect

• In your role, you support our Senior Director Culture & People with administrative and organizational tasks.
• You contribute to the preparation and coordination of meetings, presentations and internal projects.
• You communicate with internal stakeholders and support HR processes.
• You gain insights into strategic and operational topics in the area of Culture & People.

Who we are looking for

• You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology or Humanities.
• Your way of working is characterized by accuracy and attention to detail.
• You are reliable, discreet and handle confidential information with care.
• You are confident in using MS Office.
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
