What you can expect
 
  • You will manage various customer groups: clinical research, specialized wholesale, export.
  • You will be involved in handling written, telephone, and digital offers and orders.
  • You will support the back office in creating offers and processing orders.
  • You will coordinate cross-departmental order processing.

Who we are looking for

 

  • You are an enrolled student in a business or pharmaceutical program.
  • You value interaction with different people, including in an international environment.
  • Ideally, you have experience in handling offers, orders, and complaints.
  • You enjoy working with customers, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • You are characterized by organizational skills as well as a structured, precise, and careful working style.
  • You have very good MS Office skills as well as excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
