Site HSE Manager (w/m/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Other Technical Operations | Professionals 

 

What you can expect

 

  • You will further develop the HSE programme and implement it at the site in accordance with the global STADA HSE programme
  • You will create an HSE master plan and regularly update it to achieve short-, medium- and long-term goals
  • You will conduct, support and moderate site inspections, audits, risk assessments and accident analyses
  • You will ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal HSE standards
  • You will maintain and further develop the HSE management system, including hazardous substances and legal registers
  • You will prepare and support internal and external audits (e.g. ISO, KRITIS)
  • You will collect data and create HSE reports, as well as prepare ASA meetings
  • You will represent all HSE topics professionally, from the shop floor to senior management
  • You will actively promote a sustainable safety culture and deliver training and workshops
  • You will continuously improve all HSE-related processes and reporting, taking into account new methods such as AI
  • You will coordinate fire and explosion protection and initiate actions to improve the safety culture

 

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • You have a qualification as an occupational safety specialist or a comparable recognised qualification
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • You possess excellent knowledge of relevant standards and laws (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASchG, BImSchG)
  • You have very good German and English language skills
  • You are characterised by strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured approach to work
  • You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Additional qualifications (such as fire or explosion protection, TPM) are an advantage
