As Senior Manager Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (Performance Management), you are part of STADA’s Corporate FP&A team. Together with the Performance Management function, you create transparency on the Group’s financial performance, steer planning processes and deliver insights that support informed decision‑making by senior leadership. You will contribute to strengthening STADA’s financial discipline, driving analytical excellence and shaping how we communicate performance across the organization.

  • Leading key elements of the annual budget, forecast and long‑range planning processes, ensuring alignment, quality and timely delivery across regions and Corporate functions.
  • Developing and optimizing Group KPIs and analytical models to enhance transparency on revenue, margin, costs and cash.
  • Acting as a strategic finance partner to Corporate stakeholders and regional finance teams, supporting decision‑making through scenario analysis, business cases and financial modelling.
  • Preparing and coordinating corporate presentations, including Executive Committee updates, Board materials and other Group‑level communication packages.
  • Managing and contributing to cross‑functional projects, such as process improvements, financial governance enhancements, digital FP&A initiatives and system upgrades.
  • Leading various ad‑hoc analyses in response to senior leadership requests, ensuring clarity, accuracy and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintaining financial governance, including consistent KPI definitions, data quality assurance and alignment with Group Controlling and Accounting.

  • You bring 7+ years of experience in FP&A, performance management or strategic finance — ideally in a multinational pharma or healthcare environment.
  • You have strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into clear messages.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with senior leadership or leading cross‑functional workstreams.
  • You bring experience working with SAP BW environments (e.g., SAC) and Power BI; both are considered a strong plus, supported by a general affinity for financial systems and data tools.
  • You work independently, structured and solution‑oriented, thrive under deadlines and bring a hands‑on mentality.
  • You communicate fluently in English; German skills are a plus.
