Senior International CHC Category Manager Pain & Relief (f/m/d)

As part of the international CHC marketing team you will drive our rapidly growing Consumer Health business by leading affiliates strategically to grow our local hero brands in the Pain & Relief category including antivaricose with winning marketing assets, competitive line extensions and synergetic high-impact initiatives. As International Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness across global markets.
What you can expect
- You are an experienced marketing professional who will help us expanding STADA’s antivaricose footprint in Consumer Health, driving the growth of our hero brand Hirudoid across Europe
- You will define launch- and go to market strategies incl. providing highly creative 360° marketing toolboxes, targeting both consumer and health care professionals
- You will drive innovations, looking for new ideas and opportunities and conduct market reviews including trend analyses
- You will shape the broader category’s growth strategy and building blocks
- You will spearhead our Pain & Relief product lines, defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive sales, and engage our target audience
- In your role you will collaborate closely with lead markets, agencies as well as internal STADA stakeholders such as portfolio management, product development and business intelligence
Who we are looking for
- You possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a robust understanding of the Consumer Healthcare industry, paired with a curious, investigative mind, taking pride in developing growth strategies
- You have a university degree in business studies/applied economics with a focus on marketing or corresponding practice-oriented experience within the Consumer Health or FMCG industry
- You bring 10+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally within the antivaricose or pain category in leading FMCG / CHC companies operating in an international environment
- You can prove capabilities in digital marketing paired with a strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skillset
- You bring proven project leadership skills, delivering results in complex and ever-changing environments
- You have a strong track record in creating new products and concept writing & testing
- You have sound knowledge of regulatory and legal framework of OTC medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements
- You bring flexibility and agility in quickly transferring skills knowledge from one area of expertise to the other as well as a growth mindset always focused on driving business value
- You have strong influencing skills and the capability to lead cross-functional teams across different regions and countries
- You bring strong communication and presentation skills in English and preferably German helping you to inspire and guide teams
- You are eager to cultivate a growth mindset always focused on driving business value.
