As a STADA+ intern, you work exclusively on one dedicated business case. You take ownership, collaborate with experts across functions and help transform ideas into tangible outcomes – not just slides, but initiatives that move STADA forward. Learn more about our STADA+ program here.

Your STADA+ Business Case
In this STADA+ case, you will support the design and pilot of an internal brand engagement initiative aimed at strengthening employee awareness of STADA’s OTC portfolio and enabling employees to act as confident brand ambassadors.
Â
The project combines brand management, learning and employee engagement and focuses on developing an interactive, scalable concept with rollout potential beyond the pilot market.
Â
Your focus will be on:
- Supporting the design of interactive e-learning modules on HERO, including outreach to Brand Managers for product-related input
- Contributing to the development of a points-based, non-monetary reward system (individual and/or team-based)
- Supporting the pilot implementation of the program in Germany
- Monitoring engagement, usability and initial effectiveness of the concept
- Helping to create a blueprint for potential rollout to additional countries

Who We Are Looking For
Â
- You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program
- Your background is in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Communication or a related field
- You bring strong organizational and coordination skills; creativity is a big plus
- You have an interest in brands, learning concepts or employee engagement initiatives
- You are comfortable working with digital tools, presentations and basic data analysis
- You communicate confidently in German and English
