STADA+ is more than an internship task.

It’s your opportunity to work on real business challenges with real impact.

As a STADA+ intern, you work exclusively on one dedicated business case. You take ownership, collaborate with experts across functions and help transform ideas into tangible outcomes – not just slides, but initiatives that move STADA forward. Learn more about our STADA+ program here.

Your STADA+ Business Case

Depending on the project, you will work on strategic, data-driven and digital initiatives across STADA’s global organization.

Current and upcoming STADA+ projects include, among others:

• Digital growth and customer-centric business models (e.g. D2C, eCommerce)
• Data-driven pricing and commercial process transformation
• AI-enabled and autonomous procurement solutions
• Enterprise-wide data harmonization and reporting initiatives
• Further strategic transformation projects currently in preparation

You will work closely with experienced case owners and stakeholders and contribute to shaping scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program
• Your background is in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field
• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working on complex problems
• You are interested in data, digital solutions, processes or business transformation
• You work structured, solution-oriented and proactively take ownership
• You are curious, hands-on and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus depending on the project
