Your STADA+ Business Case

In this STADA+ case you will support the implementation of optimized negotiations process within STADA Procurement and External Supply Operations, with the goal of unlocking significant cost-saving potential and driving data-driven decision-making.

 

Case Owner: Ivana Pejovic (Director External Partner Management )

 

Your focus will be on:

 

  • Data analyses: Screening complete portfolio that STADA is selling to the markets, detecting overlapping areas and set-up targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support alignment with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of new negotiation solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Support Collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure implementation of the new negotiation solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of results, and supplier interactions, providing regular updates to the project team.
  • Training Assistance: Help prepare and deliver training materials and sessions to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring results and helping to further develop procurement processes.

 

Who We Are Looking For

 

  • You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program.
  • Your field of study is Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Pharmaceutical or a related discipline.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data.
  • You bring strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in teams.
  • You have an interest Procurement, Pharmaceutical industry, and optimization of processes.
  • You work structured, solution-oriented, and proactively take ownership of your tasks.
  • You communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
