Business Analyst (f/m/d) System & Supply Chain 

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the roll out of the project for SAP APO (SNP), PP/DS and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
  • Establish and maintain the relationship with internal customers and stakeholders on global level (Sites and markets)
  • First line of SAP APO support, ensuring issues and requests are handled correctly in APO for Supply Planning
  • Coaching users with their specific question/issue, answering in a competent way, allowing the user to continue working in APO
  • Business support key user for SAP APO for Supply, helping to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives based on users’ request and experience
  • Act as an advisor, analyst, trainer, and team member to develop standards, KPI’s, trainings and monitor performance
  • Check/Monitor the system frequently, looking for inconsistencies and wrong master data and contact the users to clarify/update the data. Develop analytical processes to mitigate the errors
  • Work in close collaboration with the Global Supply Chain to define best practices, understanding the specifics of internal and external supply and business process. Implement new process and functionalities in the regions, supporting the overall system capabilities
  • Ensure the documentation (process and training material) are kept updated for the APO supply planning community
  • Responsible for the communication between global (APO / IT / Supply) and users for topics related to SAP APO
  • Drive deep dive data analysis for supply chain improvements (e.g. stock levels, production capacities)
  • Develop and drive dashboard for S&OP and Performance Monitoring with the support of BI technology (Planning adherence, Planned over/undersupply, quality of supply parameters)
  • Anticipate future needs and provide solutions to the business by integrating various business operations into one platform
  • Analyzing company’s current practices in relevant areas, such as production planning, inventory strategy, procurement, etc.
  • Responsible in creating and performing financial and operational models

 

Your qualifications:

  • University degree with a specialisation in supply chain, economics, management or related discipline
  • In-depth experience of Supply Chain
  • First experience in leading projects managing cross-functional and cross-cultural team in a matrix organization
  • Minimum 1 full APO SNP or PP/DS implementation experience with strong hands on expert knowledge of APO
  • Hands on experience with SAP ECC PP, MM, SD modules
  • Very independent, structured and goal-oriented work with a good sense for interdisciplinary context and big picture
  • Experience in organization change management
  • Knowledge of SAP (e.g. in the area of Production and/or Replenishment Planning)
  • Knowledge of APO integrated Planning system
  • Action oriented and full of energy
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL/Power BI, data crunching, VBA  
  • Very good English spoken and written is required, Good German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
