What you can expect
Â
As an SAP/LIMS Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating master data within the SAP and LIMS systems. You will have the opportunity to support global standards and optimise processes efficiently. The position is initially limited to two years.
- You create and update inspection plans as well as globally used master data
- You reconcile master data with registration documents to ensure their completeness and accuracy
- You provide support for master data enquiries both globally and locally
- You independently process and efficiently implement change control processes
- You prepare training materials, such as SOPs, to ensure the correct use of master data
- You carry out material changes and maintain material master data and bulk shelf lives in the SAP system
- You generate regular reports on department-specific key figures for monitoring and optimisation

Who we are looking for
Â
- You have completed training as a pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA), pharmaceutical commercial assistant (PKA) or laboratory technician, ideally with experience in SAP or LIMS systems
- You bring practical experience in maintaining master data and ideally have knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments
- You enjoy working independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- You have an eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and possess a strong sense of quality
- You are confident in using MS Office and have good SAP skills; experience with LIMS systems is a plus
- You are confident communicating in both German and English
