AP Accountant

About the job:
As an AP Accountant, you will support end-to-end Accounts Payable processes - from invoice processing to payments and reporting while collaborating with colleagues across departments in an international setting.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Execute payment runs in line with internal policies and deadlines
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage GR/IR accounts in collaboration with Procurement and other teams
• Support reporting (aging, KPIs, payment status) and bank reconciliations
• Contribute to month-, quarter- and year-end closing activities
• Participate in process improvement initiatives (digitalization, SAP S/4HANA)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
• Experience with SAP (required)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and German
